My approach and phylosophy
Person-Centered
I provide a safe, caring and positive environment to explore challenges without judgment, trying to understand your point of view with empathy and compassion.

The focus is on you, not on a problem. This will allow you to cope with any current issue and any future one you may face.

Evidence-Informed
I take a comprehensive approach, utilizing techniques and skills from different treatment approaches adapting modalities to each person or child. Techniques used in therapy are evidence-based backed up by researched and proven to be effective at reducing symptoms and promoting well-being.
Strength-Based
I strive to assist you in recognizing empowerment. You are an expert in your own life. All you may need is a helping hand to nudge you in the right direction. You are stronger than you think, you are braver than you think. All you need is someone to see it in you.

Relational
The therapy is about your needs, your family and your kids. Establishing an authentic relationship in therapy will allow us to lean into mutual respect, inclusiveness, honesty, compassion, cooperation and humility. We will focus on your sense of self and patterns of relating to others to understand what might be blocking you and how to go about it.
