Online Art Therapy Group* (concluded)

This group facilitates a deeper understanding of self and explores various aspects that will highlight the areas one may need to dive deeper in order to allow life to unfold more coherently.

"In the Flow" art therapy group will run for 8 weeks. Each session is 2 hours and will include discussion, grounding and art-making. You will be invited to journal between sessions to go deeper into each topic and find out what does Life in the Flow means to you.
