What does an online or in-person session look like?

Online sessions are conducted over Zoom for Healthcare. For in-person sessions, I offer sessions in York Region for adults.

Sessions last for 50 minutes.

 

In the initial session, we will talk about what are your concerns and go over all the questions you have.

 

It takes a few sessions to get to know each other and to understand what would be the most useful approach for you. It could be a combination of modalities to achieve the results you desire.

​

You don't need to be an artist in order to participate in art therapy, just be willing to try and experiment. We are not creating a masterpiece, we are on the journey together.

 

​​You are also not obligated to create any art. If talking helps, we can start with that.

​
