Choose the support you need:

Do you need one-on-one support, or maybe the whole family struggles with an issue or a diagnosis? Perhaps you would like to be a part of a group and explore your own narrative as a part of a larger context?

If unsure of the support you require, connect with me via form or email and we will figure out together what would be the best option for you.

What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is an approach in psychotherapy based on the idea that creative expression can stimulate healing and mental well-being.

The art is used to find meaning, explore implicit memories, work through trauma, express grief, explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and explore different aspects of personality.
